S24 series Single-Arm Continuous Sand Mixer
The S24 series single-arm sand mixer is continuous mixing equipment specially developed for foundry workshops. It is widely applied for mixing self-hardening resin sand and water glass sand, matching core shooters and manual molding stations for small & medium batch casting production. Adopting flexible rotary single-arm structure, the machine covers a large working radius and can deliver prepared molding sand to multiple molding positions conveniently. The mixing barrel features a fully open split design, enabling quick inspection, blade replacement and internal cleaning to reduce downtime. The binder feeding system is equipped with high-precision metering pumps to guarantee stable dosage of resin and curing agent, keeping consistent sand quality. After shutdown, residual sand can be fully discharged without leftover hardening sand inside the mixing chamber. Key wearing parts such as mixing blades adopt wear-resistant material for long service life. Optional PLC automatic control system is available to realize stable continuous operation.
