The working principle of the resin sand reclamation system
The working principle of the resin sand reclamation line mainly involves processing the used resin sand through a series of physical and mechanical methods to restore its performance and achieve repeated utilization. The details are as follows:
Crushing
Devices such as the vibrating crushing reclamation machine are used. Through actions like vibration and impact, large resin sand agglomerates are crushed into smaller particles. At the same time, part of the residual resin film on the surface of the sand grains begins to break, preparing for the subsequent resin film removal.
Resin Film Removal
The crushed sand enters devices such as the centrifugal rotor secondary reclamation machine. Through the centrifugal force and frictional force generated by the high-speed rotating rotor, the sand grains collide and rub against each other and against the inner wall of the device, further removing the resin film on the surface of the sand grains and purifying the sand grains.
Screening and Air Separation
The sand after resin film removal is screened through a vibrating screen to classify sand grains of different particle sizes. Meanwhile, using a curtain-type air separator, according to the differences in the weight and aerodynamic characteristics of the sand grains, fine powders, dust, etc., the fine powders, dust and other impurities are separated from the sand grains by wind force, further improving the purity of the reclaimed sand.
Cooling and Temperature Adjustment
The temperature of the sand will rise during the reclamation process. The fluidized bed cooler makes the sand grains in a fluidized state by using the air flow to achieve rapid cooling. The sand temperature regulator can adjust the temperature of the reclaimed sand to an appropriate range according to the production requirements, ensuring its stable performance and meeting the process requirements such as subsequent molding.
Transportation and Storage
Devices such as dense-phase pneumatic conveying devices, belt conveyors, and bucket elevators are used to transport the reclaimed sand between various processing links and store it in the sand storage for future use, realizing the continuity and automation of the entire reclamation process.
