The Z94L series core shooter adopts a vertical split type three mold up blowing design, and all models of products are controlled by PLC programming. It can achieve three different forms of operation: cycle full automatic, single cycle automatic, and manual. Various parameters can be flexibly set, and it can run automatically with one click. It has the advantages of convenient operation, high productivity, smooth operation, low energy consumption, and low noise.


Functional features:

The unique three mold opening function of this model is designed not only for the process requirements of casting sand molds, but also for the need to connect larger or heavier sand cores. After the equipment is molded, the sand core is left on the middle plate and pushed out to the core taking station before being pushed out, avoiding the embarrassment of the sand core falling off and not being able to be connected directly after the mold is opened. At the same time, the core connection station is located outside the enclosed equipment compartment to prevent personnel from coming into contact with harmful gases.

The system also supports 2 sets of automatic active blocks, and can freely set insertion and extraction nodes according to process requirements;

The triethylamine generator also adopts fully automatic control, which can automatically control the temperature, blowing time and pressure according to the settings, and achieve curve blowing and cleaning functions.

The sandblasting board is designed for quick disassembly and assembly, making it easy for users to clean and maintain on a daily basis;

It can be designed for both hot and cold use, and the electrical system supports the connection of heating pipes for the production of hot core box processes;

Responsible for designing and laying out the sand mixing and feeding system for users based on their production environment.
