二、 Structural composition


The hook type shot blasting cleaning machine is a hook type cleaning equipment, consisting of a shot blasting room, elevator, separator, screw conveyor, two shot blasting assembly, shot control system, hook walking track, hook system, rotation device, foundation, dust removal system, and electrical control parts.

Shot blasting cleaning room

The shot blasting cleaning room is composed of a chamber shell and a protective plate. The dust removal port is set on the rear wall. The shell of the shot blasting cleaning room is a welded structure of steel plates and profiles, which is a sealed and spacious operating space for shot blasting cleaning of workpieces. Two sets of QX30 type shot blaster assemblies are installed on one side of the wall of the shot blasting cleaning room to ensure comprehensive shot blasting cleaning of the cleaned workpiece. The area directly shot by the shot blaster inside the chamber is lined with a thickness of δ 12 of ZGMn13, and other areas are protected with 65Mn boards. The protective plates are tightly pressed with protective nuts for easy disassembly and replacement if necessary. The lower part of the chamber is surrounded by steel plates to form a funnel, which allows the projectile to flow into the spiral conveyor at the bottom. The steel plate is also covered with protective plates for protection. Above the spiral conveyor, a steel leakage plate is laid, and above the leakage plate, a wear-resistant rubber plate is laid. When in use, the wear-resistant rubber plate should be laid directly in front of the shot blaster to protect the steel leakage plate below and extend its service life. The standard configuration of this machine is manual door opening and closing. This machine is designed as a double door type, with wear-resistant rubber protective plates laid on the inner side of the door, steel pressure plates and hexagonal special nuts pressed tightly; There are foam rubber strips around the gate to effectively seal the gate; There is a shot receiving slot below, which collects a small portion of the shot taken out when opening the door into the chamber, preventing the shot from falling to the ground and causing people to slip and get injured. There is an oil cup on the door shaft of the door to regularly lubricate the bearings inside the door hinge.
